At Drew Family Dentistry, we understand that there are times when your dental insurance doesn’t offer coverage for the services you need or that you don’t want to pay for a treatment all at once, which is why we accept Cherry, CareCredit®, and Proceed Finance. These companies offer financing to help you pay for your treatment in smaller amounts, over time.

Approvals are valid for undefined days. Once that time period expires, you are welcome to reapply.
If you are eligible for an increase, you may request this through the Cherry Patient Portal. Increased approval amount and decision are subject to eligibility. If you do not see the button to "request an increase," it means you are ineligible for an increase at this time.
Yes, Cherry does not have any prepayment penalties. If you have interest and pay off early, you’ll even avoid some of that interest.
No, if you’re eligible for a 0% APR offer, it doesn’t expire for the current approval. For example: If you were approved for a 6 month term with 0% APR, this promotion is valid until the end of term as long as you stay current with your payments.
Once you input your purchase price, you’ll be provided with the options you have for down payment. It is due when the practice confirms they will need the funds in order to move forward with your services. Remember to bring your bank issued debit or credit card* when you are ready for checkout.

*Making payments via Pre-Paid Debit Card or Credit Card will result in a 2.99% processing fee. There is no processing fee for making a down payment with a traditional Debit Card.
To request a refund, please contact Drew Family Dentistry directly.

We defer to the refund policies put in place by Drew Family Dentistry and cannot initiate a refund without their approval.

Once Drew Family Dentistry authorizes a refund we will deposit the refunded amount (full or partial) into your account. Your Cherry account status and loan balance are adjusted accordingly.

If a partial refund is issued, your loan amount will be adjusted to reflect your new remaining balance. If a refund is issued in full, any payments made on your loan will be returned to you.
Yes, Cherry may report the status of our borrowers’ accounts to Equifax, one of the major credit bureaus.
Cherry is required to report all payment history to the credit bureaus. This means we may also report late payments, missed payments, or other deliquencies on your account to the credit bureaus.

CareCredit®

When dental insurance doesn’t cover all your dental care costs, CareCredit® can help. CareCredit® is a dental payment plan that lets you pay for your dental treatment in smaller amounts over time. At least 225,000 enrolled providers across the country use CareCredit®.

CareCredit® offers financing terms of six, 12, 18, or 24 months. When you make the minimum monthly payments, you pay no interest on $200 or more. However, you must pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you don’t pay the full amount, you are charged interest based on the original purchase date.

You can also use CareCredit® for longer-term financing for 24, 36, 48, or 60 months. Various interest rates apply based on your eligibility, the amount, and other factors.

Proceed Finance

Proceed Finance partners with providers to offer patients large case financing for up to 96 months without collateral. Interest rates and payments depend on credit but can be as low as 3.99% at a $157/month payment for a 96-month loan term.
