Our VIP Memberships
At Drew Family Dentistry, we pride ourselves on affordable dental care and alternative options for those without insurance. Our VIP memberships help you and your family get the care you need.
When additional family members sign up, they receive a 5% discount on their membership (the first member still pays full price, then each additional member gets 5% off their membership).
You can pay for your membership on a monthly or annual basis. If paying monthly, you must prepay three months upfront, then start regular monthly payments in your fourth month.
Adult Membership 2
13 and Older
$36.00/Month or $432/Year
- Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
- Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
- Needed x-rays*
- Fluoride
- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
- Total of $545 in annual savings
For patients with regular cleanings and the absence of periodontal disease.
Adult Membership 3
13 and Older
$48.00/Month or $576/Year
- Professional dental cleanings (3 per year)
- Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
- Needed x-rays*
- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- Fluoride Treatment
- 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
- Total of $582 in annual savings
For patients with regular cleanings and the absence of periodontal disease.
Perio Membership 2
Periodontal Disease
$55.00/Month or $660/Year
- Perio maintenance cleanings (3 per year)
- Doctor exams (2 per year)
- Needed x-rays*

Your membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable.
