Restore Broken or Missing Teeth
Crowns and bridges allow us to add a lot more strength and structure, typically, to teeth that have either been worn down, have fractured, have just gotten to a point where we’re no longer able to use fillings, filling material, typical filling material to build a tooth back up. So crowns offer us, in many circumstances, the chance to really rebuild structure, strength, a lot of times even height in a patient’s bite. So patients that have severely worn down their teeth, worn down the bite, a lot of times we can utilize crowns or multiple crowns or bridges to try and build back that height to get a patient back to more structure, better function, and just improve their overall ability to chew and gain back a lot of that function that they’ve lost in the past.
