Welcome to Our Dental Family
Since I opened the practice a couple of years ago, my goal has really been to try and offer a full service practice to patients. So, when a patient comes in and they need just basic general dentistry, that we’re able to handle that with no problems and offer that to patients. But on the other end of the spectrum, patients that have a lot of complex needs that need surgery, that need endodontics, periodontics, Invisalign orthodontics, that we can offer those services here to patients. And one, it’s, I know, beneficial for the patients to not have to be seeing multiple providers, but what we found is in addition to me doing the dentistry and us offering the services here as a staff, to have the communication with our front office, with our office manager and our financial team and understanding insurance benefits, that has really, to me, been the situation where patients tend to have a lot of frustrations, is that difficult to communicate. It’s hard enough communicating in one office sometimes with patients, but when we start involving multiple specialists, it can really get complicated for the patient. And again, at the end of the day, our goal is to make our treatment plan, our treatment recommendations to patients very specific, very easy to understand and make sure that we don’t make that process for them to get the dentistry they want and they need more difficult than it needs to be.
So our underlying philosophy is that we strive at every patient appointment to offer the best experience we can for the patient. We understand that that most patients don’t enjoy showing up to come to the dentist and I know and fully understand at the end of the day, nobody’s going to, we don’t have lines going out our door and people showing up early often to get in, but we really feel that no matter what patients have to go through, what type of procedure, what they may be here for for treatment, that we can make it a very pleasant experience for them and exceed their expectations from the time they come into the door to the time they leave.
So that really is our goal as a staff is to give our full attention to the patients that are here, that are in the chair, to focus on the little things we can do to not only make their dentistry top notch and top of the line, but to just make their experience wonderful, too.
